Founder Pass Terms

These terms describe the PAGETT VX-1 $1 Founder Pass offered by Pagett LLC. Please read them before reserving.

1. What the pass is

The Founder Pass is a launch-access reservation paid directly to Pagett LLC through Stripe outside Kickstarter. It is not a purchase of a speaker, a preorder, an investment, a donation, or a Kickstarter pledge. The $1 does not count toward Kickstarter campaign funding and does not automatically become a Kickstarter pledge, order, or product payment. Paying $1 does not by itself purchase or guarantee shipment of a VX-1.

2. Launch benefit

When PAGETT VX-1 launches on Kickstarter, pass holders will receive a private 72-hour window with priority eligibility for one $499 Early Bird offer. The expected retail price is $599. The window, inventory, Kickstarter eligibility, and campaign availability may be limited. Shipping, taxes, duties, accessories, and optional upgrades are not included in the $499 price.

3. Credit and refunds

You may request a full $1 refund before using the priority-access benefit by emailing [email protected] from the purchase email. If you use the benefit and make a separate Kickstarter pledge, the Stripe payment will not transfer to Kickstarter or reduce your pledge automatically. Where the campaign platform permits, we will provide an equivalent $1 credit; otherwise, you may request a $1 refund. We will also refund the pass if the campaign is canceled or the $499 offer cannot be made available to you. Refunds return to the original payment method where possible.

4. Campaign details

Campaign timing, reward availability, shipping charges, taxes, and supported destinations will be stated on the Kickstarter campaign page. We will communicate any material offer changes before asking pass holders to make a product purchase.

5. Email and access

We will use your purchase email for receipts, pass administration, required notices, and launch access. Product and campaign marketing emails are covered by your launch-list signup and may be unsubscribed from at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent required Founder Pass or transaction notices. Keep your email current and do not share private access links.

6. Transfers and limits

The pass is limited to one launch benefit per customer and is not intended for resale. We may cancel and refund passes associated with fraud, automated purchasing, duplicate accounts, or abuse.
