Privacy Policy

Pagett LLC uses the minimum information needed to operate this preview and communicate with interested listeners.

Information we collect

Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregate page-view, referral, device, country, and site-performance information without cookies or cross-site tracking. We do not send email addresses, form contents, or persistent lead identifiers to Cloudflare Web Analytics.

To diagnose website failures, we collect limited first-party operational records: predefined error or outcome codes, broad browser categories, signup-response timing ranges, error types, safe application-script paths with line/column positions, limited script-provider categories, counts, and first/last observation times. Server-handled signup results are recorded separately when the browser submits without JavaScript. These diagnostic records do not contain email addresses, email hashes, IP addresses, full browser user-agent strings, page URLs, advertising click identifiers, or raw error messages and stack traces. They use no cookies or persistent visitor identifiers and are stored separately from subscriptions in Azure. Network requests necessarily pass through our hosting providers, but we do not copy their connection metadata into these diagnostic records.

When advertising measurement is enabled, Meta Pixel collects browser and device information and events such as page views and completed launch-list registrations. We use this information to measure and improve our advertising. We do not send your email address, form contents, payment information, or internal lead identifier to Meta.

When you join the launch list, we collect your email address and retain a signup record including the date, form source, and versions of the consent notice and Privacy Policy shown when you joined.

Our HTML emails use Microsoft Azure engagement tracking to record whether a message was opened and whether a link was clicked. We retain only the first open and first click timestamps for each welcome email; we do not retain the clicked URL or email-client user-agent data. Automated privacy and security systems may trigger these events without a person reading or clicking the message.

When you reserve a Founder Pass, Stripe processes your payment and may collect your name, billing details, device information, and payment method. We receive transaction identifiers, payment status, and contact details, but not your complete card number.

How we use information

We use it to send requested product and launch updates, measure campaign interest, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

We also use transaction information to administer reservations and refunds. If you choose to complete the optional post-reservation survey, we store your answers with your reservation to guide product, pricing, and launch planning.

Service providers

We use Microsoft Azure for hosting and data storage and Cloudflare for DNS, inbound email routing, approximate country detection, and aggregate site measurement. When enabled, we use Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and delivery. We also use Stripe for payment processing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.

When you choose to play an embedded video, your browser connects to YouTube (Google) to deliver the video. We use privacy-enhanced embeds, but playback still involves YouTube processing browser and network information under its privacy practices. The YouTube player loads only when you choose to play a video.

Retention and security

We retain launch-list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, subject to required transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe through any marketing email. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Visitors outside the United States are asked before Meta Pixel loads. U.S. visitors may turn advertising measurement off at any time through Privacy Choices. We also treat an enabled Global Privacy Control signal as a request to keep advertising tracking off.

Children and changes

This site is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the campaign and services develop; the effective date above will identify the latest version.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies to track visitors across websites.
